How can we set up an online store?

You can simply get in touch with us to book an initial call. We can discuss products, timescales, pricing and look further into how we operate. We will have full transparency with our potential clients to ensure everyone is on the same track!
Is there a returns policy?

We can only accept returns on branded items if they are faulty or damaged. If an item is branded, and purchased and sent as per the customers request, we cannot accept a return on the item.
How long are lead times?

Lead times can vary slightly depending on the demand of orders across our clients, however we will always aim to order in our stock within 1 week, for production within the next 10 days, and 3-5 days for delivery.

This could mean up to around 20 days max for items, however we will always try and aim to have things turned around and shipped out within 2 weeks
Where will my order be delivered?

We offer weekly deliveries to our stores, so any orders placed that belong to that store will be included in that weeks orders, and sent away to the desired client.

If you are ordering for your gym, we will let orders build for a week, then combine these and ship direct to the gym, for you to collect there!
